Hastings welcomes back airman

Hastings residents and business owners lined Burlington Avenue in Hastings Thursday to welcome home Hastings native Airman Ryan Fitzgerald. He's been in South Korea for the past year, but will only be home for a month before he heads back overseas. Fitzgerald rode in a convertible with his wife and two sons, led by Patriot Guard riders and members of the Hastings Police Department and Hastings Fire Department. Fitzgerald will be stationed next in Japan.
